Here, coming back from the Endless Abyss to post my story for Shen Jiu Week 2026:

Ship: Wei Qingwei / Shen Jiu

Summary: Wei Qingwei is a hard working young man that strives for perfection. He has forged many weapons and some of them were good enough to be displayed at Wan Jian Peak’s wall of swords. Still, he never considered himself worthy of the honor until he forged a prickly yet beautiful sword that picked a Qing Jing Peak disciple as her wielder.

The sword was named Xiu Ya, and the disciple’s name was Shen Jiu. Curious to learn what type of person Shen Jiu is, he does his best to close the gap between them. The disciple is as snarky as the Xiu Ya, but Wei Qingwei slowly learns how to handle them both.
